• You can also take the Home Sleep Apnea Test Form with you to your doctor’s visit which will make the test ordering processes easier for you and your physician.
• Call us with your insurance information so we can let you know if your insurance plan covers the Home Sleep Apnea Test. You can see a list of our participating insurance carriers in our websites ‘Patient’s Section.’ We will obtain all referrals and authorizations for you and let you know any costs that might apply for our services.
